Recipe: Kodachrome (Purchased)
From this LINK, you can purchase the Kodachrome LUT made for Panasonic cameras. This item has two versions of the LUT (709 and V-Log). Although these are made for Panasonic, there is no instruction for installing specifically for Lumix cameras. What I tend to do is load them in the tagged format. In other words I create a V-Log profile and load the V-Log version and the 709 for rec709 profile. I also stack these particular versions to achieve a bit more contrast.

Recipe
- If you haven’t installed a 3rd party LUT, see my article on how to set that up.
- After purchasing this LUT, download and uncompress the files within. There will be a 709 cube and a V-Log cube file.
- Drop the files onto the root of your SD card and put the card back in the camera.
- From the LUT Library bring in both the 709 and V-Log cube files.
- From Photo / Photo Style menu, change your profile setting to V-Log
- Set the grain to LOW.
- Scroll to the LUT 1 option and click the LUT button on the back of the camera. Choose the V-Log cube file you loaded into the camera. Leave it at 100%
- Scroll to LUT 2 option and click the LUT button on the back of the camera. This time choose the rec709 version you loaded into the camera. Leave it at 100%
If the lighting feels to dark, you can adjust the exposure values before saving it into a custom preset.
